1. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use
When you visit our websites visuagency.de and visuagency.com, the browser you use automatically collects information and transmits it to our website server. This data is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.
The following data is automatically collected and stored until it is automatically deleted
- Anonymised IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of your visit
- Name and URL of the file accessed
- The website from which you visit us (referrer URL)

5 Use of Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to gain insights into the use of our website. The information obtained through the analysis helps us to optimise our website and our advertising measures. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google processes the website usage data on our behalf and undertakes to guarantee the security and data protection of this data. When you visit our website, the following data, among others, is collected

- Orders placed, including sales and items purchased
- Achievement of defined web goals such as orders, enquiries, saved offers and newsletter registrations
- Your interactions on the website, including length of stay, number of clicks and pages visited per session

Personal identification data such as your name or address will not be transmitted to Google Analytics. The data collected is transferred to Google servers in the USA, where the same data protection standards do not necessarily apply as in the EU. Google Analytics uses cookies that contain a randomly generated user ID in order to recognise you on future visits to our website. The information collected is linked to this user ID, which enables the creation of anonymised user profiles.
The data is generally stored permanently in aggregated form. If you do not want your data to be collected, you can prevent data collection by installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics or reject cookies in our cookie management tool.
a) Google Maps
We use Google Maps to display geographical information on our website. Data about your use of the Maps functions, in particular your IP address and location data, is collected, transmitted to Google and processed by Google. It is beyond our control how this data is further processed by Google after transmission.
b) Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our web forms from misuse and spam by automated software (so-called bots). Data such as your IP address, the time of your visit, browser information and details of your use of our website are collected by Google reCAPTCHA. This data is collected using JavaScript and cookies in order to analyse your use of the website. Cookies from other Google services that are stored in your browser are also analysed. However, no personal data is read or saved from the input fields of the respective form.
c) Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager enables us to efficiently manage various codes and services on our website. When implementing the individual tags, Google may process personal data, such as IP addresses and online identifiers (including cookies). This data processing takes place within the framework of an order processing agreement with Google.
By using Google Tag Manager, we can integrate various services and technologies on our website. If you do not wish to use certain tracking services and have therefore deactivated them, this deactivation also applies to all tracking tags that are integrated on our website using the Google Tag Manager.
d) YouTube video
For the integration of third-party content, we use YouTube videos in extended data protection mode. In this mode, data such as your IP address, the time of your visit and information about your device and browser are only transmitted to Google and processed by Google when you play a video.
6. Use of Facebook Services
Use of the Facebook pixel
The Facebook Conversion API from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland, is used on our website. This technology enables us to record visitor interactions on our website and forward this information to Facebook in order to improve our advertising efficiency on Facebook. By using the Conversion API, we can place targeted adverts based on the user data available on Facebook, such as location and interests (audience targeting). As the operator of the website, we do not gain any insight into this user data; user interactions are analysed exclusively by Facebook.
Data is transmitted to Facebook on the server side, whereby only anonymous data, such as the click ID, is returned to the website operator. This data does not allow users to be identified. If the user triggers an event on our website (e.g. a purchase), we send this event information back to Facebook together with the purchase value and the time. The following are transmitted:
- Anonymous click ID
- Event name (e.g. “AddToCart” or “Purchase”)
- Time of the event
- Value of the conversion
Facebook uses this data internally for further processing purposes. Facebook is responsible for the subsequent data processing. Further information on data processing by Facebook can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy (by Meta). Since the data transmitted by the website operator is not personal information, no specific legal basis is required for this data processing.
7. Clarity
Clarity processes data to create usage statistics with the aim of anonymising them and creating comprehensive statistics and analyses of user behaviour. The basis for this data processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of European data protection law. This data is transferred to Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, based at One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland, also based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a). This transfer may include the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the European Union, with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) in conjunction with Article 49(1)(a) serving as the legal basis. 8.Calendly
On our website, you have the option of making appointments with us. For this purpose, we use the “Calendly” tool provided by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Calendly”). To book an appointment, enter the required data and your preferred date in the form provided. This data is used to plan, carry out and, if necessary, follow up the appointment.
